Biography
The Thrash-Metal-Band Terminate from the island of Ruegen (Germany) was founded in February of 2009. The founding members were Robert Damerius (Guitar), Johannes Ritter (Guitar) and Clemens Wald (Bass). Nearly at the same time the first demotape „Death Is Hunting“, which has never been circulated, was recorded. Shortly thereafter, Danilo Ziemer (Drums) became a member of the band. From now on Terminate was finally able to play in a suitable rehearsal room to form the first ideas.

Just three months later, in the summer of 2009, Clemens Wendel joined the band as vocalist. In November of 2009 the first concert was given in Bergen's „Underground“ (Germany) for an audience of about 100. In winter of 2012 the in-house-production EP „Terminate“ was published. Clemens Wendel is playing the bass since the bassist Clemens Wald left the band after the release of the EP.

„Terminate“ the EP foreshadowed vast potential but the unvaried sound blighted the best moments. A suitable producer was needed. The band worked on new songs. In 2013 the debut CD „Deathship Landing“ was recorded. This Record was done in „Hidden Planet Studio“ (Germany/Berlin) together with Jan Oberg, who gave the songs an energetic sound. Ultimately, the melancholic tunes shined through the brutal guitar riffs. Terminate has decided to publish the album under the committed label „Rügencore Records“. This EP received consistent positive feedback from the native music scene and well-known music magazines.

At the end of 2013 Nils Roloff joined the band as third guitarist and second vocalist. With his charismatic, clear chant he breathed new life into Terminate. The digital single „Shellshock Aftermath“ was recorded in summer of 2014. In the following months the band has worked on new songs to include the third guitar and second vocal for a much more powerful performance. In August of 2015 Terminate has visited the „Karma Studio“ (Germany) to record their second album. The new album „Skies Ablaze“ will be published in April of 2016.
